Okay, changing the personnel from a collection of flashy, whiny, entitled, and/or hot tempered guys with awesome handshake routines to a collection of grinders, gamers and superior leaders who are missed by their former clubs and, specifically to Donaldson and Martin are extremely good in the clubhouse.
