That's why I use Wind. Is it the best coverage everywhere? No, far from it, if having the best coverage is important to you Wind is not the way to go. Is it the cheapest? Yes by far especially since I'm on an older $30 plan that includes 5GB before hitting the throttle limit.
I find Wind works good ~90% of the time and I'm not someone who needs to be connected all the time but regularly use over 4GB/month so a similar plan with anyone else would be $100/month. For a savings of $70/month and the fact I live and work around the inner city I am fine having a delay on some of my texts and emails.
