While being projected a scorer - just like Mangiapane - Pavel is also bigger, stronger and meaner. He was also drafted sooner - and for a reason. Heck, even the russian factor isn't in play since he's already in NA.

The statistics I'm looking at say that Mangiapane is 60% likely to make the NHL, while Karnaukhov is 21% likely to make the NHL. Which one is the miracle?
