I'll gauge this by who I would really want to add to our pool from each system to decide who has the best group.

Winnipeg
1. Nikolaj Ehlers, RW/LW, Halifax (QMJHL) 84.8% (Petan 9.5%)
2. Connor Hellebuyck, G, St. John's (AHL) 29.1% (Petan 26.0%)
3. Josh Morrissey, D, Kelowna (WHL) Won tiebreaker (59.3% of vote)
4. Nic Petan, C/LW, Portland (WHL) Lost tiebreaker (40.7% of vote)
5. Kyle Connor, C, Youngstown (USHL) 86.6%
6. Joel Armia, RW, St. John's (AHL) 65.2%

Edmonton
1) Connor McDavid - C - Erie Otters - OHL - 100%
2) Darnell Nurse - D - Soo Greyhounds - OHL - 66%

Toronto
1. Mitch Marner -- 81.22%
2. William Nylander -- 97.50%

Vancouver
3 Brock Boeser RW Not Ranked 57.14%

Montreal and Ottawa
None.

I think Winnipeg is the envy of the league for prospects. I think the Flames are the in the top five. Edmonton ranks highly only because of McJesus. Take him away and they have one of the worst, if not the worst, collection of prospects in the league.
