Calgary - Depth for days, Not bad on the high end skill. Although lots of recent graduates, pool is still deep at all positions except RW.
Winnipeg - Best Prospects in the entire NHL. There high end potential goes till #6 or 7. Not to mention a young stable core already in place. Will be good for many many years to come.
Edmonton - Is no good outside of McDavid. Top 4 Heavy & then a bunch of no names
Toronto - Were in terrible shape as early as last year, Improving but has a long long way to go.
Montreal - Surprising doesn't look to bad.
Ottawa - No top end prospects but good depth. Much like Winnipeg and Calgary prospects have been depleted due to graduation.
Vancouver - Much like Toronto, Significant improvement over a year from internal progression. Extremely strong on Wing but don't Have the pieces where is matters, Centre
