I would really like to see BaP get completely overhauled because it felt like I was playing 09 again, with out the option of playing in the AHL.

Logical player progression/regression would be an excellent first step, IMO.
A player with high potential of being elite should never, ever regress when he improves in every statistical category from the previous season. Happens far too often in the current crop of games.
