Although regression is certainly possible, given the high shooting percentage, but I think Bouma has just as good a chance of increasing his totals. I recall that last summer he was told/took it upon himself to improve his shot. He did so and actually has a pretty good release. I think he has a great chance to take more shots, be relied upon to take to the offense and be a 15-20 goal scorer over the course of the contract. No overpayment here.
