This guy was obviously drunk and even that doesn't excuse him one bit of his behavior.
The only thing is this incident happened on Dec. 2013 and was brought to light recently. From a legality standpoint, I wonder if the longer 18 months time frame affects the legitimacy of the punishment (losing his job).
I meant if something questionable you did 10 years ago just came to light recently, can your company fire you still?
