Given the full off season where he stayed in Calgary all summer to train with the Flames strength and conditioning coach Ryan van Asten will be a major help to his progress as a pro.
If he comes back to the point where his world fell apart in 2013 he is liable to be this year's Josh Jooris.

I don't remember Sieloff being anywhere close to making the big team. Maybe I'm wrong? Seems like a long shot though
