One thing that just dawned on me is that I would call and make sure that the grants are in process. I know that this sounds ridiculous, but there were/are some providers of RESPs that weren't applying for the ACES grants. This will be a moot point in a little more than a week, but that issue caused me to not use some companies. You would hate to find that out after the fact.
