Bouma number at 2.5m is only slightly to high jmo. The Flames should settle at 2.1-2.25 per on a 3 year and be happy for all Bouma gives to his HC. That is a fair deal for both sides. Bouma has provided more to the Flames then 2 of their 3m players thats for sure.
The Flames at 1.5m seems to be a real low ball number no wonder Bouma is going to arbitration.
I will be surprised if they can't get this worked out prior.
