Most of you have probally already heard about this story in the news yesterday but I cannot believe that someone would do this.

The streets are becoming horrable. Now some a-hole throws something through a window and winds up hurting a baby. I hope they catch him and take him off the roads for good.
The police need to crack down on crappy drivers in this city, it happens way to much.
