The Jays are in a really tough spot. I believe that they should be in tear down mode right now and start accumulating prospects but their division dictates that they shouldn't - how often has the AL East been so mediocre? But...if they empty the farm and still don't make the playoffs, they are going to be in big trouble for a very long time.
