Like the previous SJW, there won't be any repercussion's on the accusers from the government/court of law. At the most, if the charged is found innocent, he could pursue them for civil charges (maybe libel? or is it slander? IANAL), but that may be just gravy in comparison to the potential civil suit against the Toronto PD for arresting him on false grounds.
Ok for further illumination of the court case, the dude basically pursued when the girl declined any further interaction. So just to muddy waters even further how much is too much?
