Another quick testimonial on working with David. We had our executive condo go up for rent in mid-June with him after not getting any interest from our previous mgmt company. We had a bunch of showings and it was rented out about 10 days later for July onwards.

David was easy to work with, great communications, and we ended up getting full asking. Very happy with the process and hopefully he can keep the unit rented out long in too the future.
