Checking in from stampeding. I think his behaviour would make sense in that context. I believed him at the time (sick kid, angry wife... I get it). But it could have also been a gamble that by doing nothing at the deadline that Oling wouldn't show up and that way Bizaro didn't have to pull the trigger on either of them and they all live to see another day. He did put his vote on MrKajz eventually but it was after the deadline so it essentially meant/means nothing. He could have put his vote on Starseed after the deadline as well to achieve the same ends, which was that we ended at a deadlock, as long as Oling didn't surface in that overtime and break the tie.
My assumption is/was that Oling was unturned at that stage of the game. I was not suspicious of either Oling or Bizaro for missing that deadline vote due to life getting in the way. BUT if it was two scum on the block and Oling was turned with instructions on who to vote for, and Bizaro was host, then it would make sense that they kept it at a deadlock on purpose with two scum on the block. Even if Oling was unturned it makes sense for Bizaro to try and keep two scum at the deadlock and hope Oling doesn't show up.
