Had forgot to post about this, so figured I'd put my thoughts down on this.
What an idiot this guy is. Hi stupidity annoys me so much, because I can't stand that his ignorance or selfishness endangers other peoples lives. Honestly, I couldn't care less about how dangerous this was for him to do to himself, he's a big boy, he can make his own life choices, that's his business. But the fact that he'd do such a thing, over a crowded city potentially risking the lives of people below him should he fall off of his stupid lawn chair and plummet to the ground, and have his parachute fail or not release, or even have his stupid chair fall to the ground at a rocket speed if all the balloons popped is just so unacceptable.
He should be in jail for his lack of respect for others safety.
