OT from this but an iTunes query none the less.
my iTunes library has gotten too large. i put most of my music into there and it works out to roughly 37 days worth of music. i've got a lot more that i want to add but even with this much, whenever i start up iTunes my computer just bogs down really badly and becomes nearly unresponsive.
anyone have any ideas how i can keep using iTunes and have a computer that's functional? for the time being i'm using windows media player to play my music but iTunes is real spiffy for the network music sharing - especially on the university network.
