You can also enable disc mode in itunes and have your ipod load ad a drive. i assume you have a pc so set windows to view hidden files and folders and open the disc (ipod) through windows explorer and navigate through the various folders to find the mp3 files. Drag them off the desktop and then onto the the library icon so that all the files get added to your music folder. Use the find duplicate songs function in itunes to eliminate the songs that got added that you already had. No plugins or other software needed.
