I read today that some kind of evidence was presented to CPS late last week which then led to the execution of a search warrant/digging up of the backyard. Until then they had no reason to start digging up the yard.

As is the case in a huge majority of these situations, the husband looks to be involved and the reason police usually zero in on them from the get go.
