"A Winnipeg man allegedly compiled a list of people he felt had wronged him in life — including a local lawyer who was injured in a targeted bomb attack last week, the Free Press has learned.

Now the 49-year-old accused is in custody following an around-the-clock police investigation that sources say likely prevented further violence.

"This is good work by police to track him so quickly. There could have been so much more blood shed," a justice source familiar with the investigation told the Free Press on Sunday. "There was a long list of people with grievances and a plan to 'take care of them.'"

Good job by Police in tracking the guy down. Another explosive device was detonated, and there have been reports of up to 20 suspicious packages sent. Luckily he was caught before he did any further damage.
