There was a rumor floating around that Bouma was on the block. Maybe the Flames see him as never achieving these numbers again and don't want to get stuck paying for an inflated salary. He may be moved after he signs.
Jooris is a guy you want to sit on. Can contribute up and down the lineup like Byron, but is way more effective. I sit on Jooris, but I cut loose Byron at the first instance possible. It was a mistake to qualify him. Better players coming up.
