I'm not saying this in support of Mr Canyon, I personally dislike his take on it...

but it's not his regular gig, he just doesn't have the sample amount of time (yet) to really sing it. He's a professional but even he understands the amount of time that needs to be put into a song before you truly own it...

I don't like it but he will improve that aspect of it, but the country I'm afraid he won't be able to shake (nor should he) and for me thats a killer
