If Granlund can come in and show that he can handle regular 4th line duty, I expect the team to try and find a new home Stajan.
I think Stajan has some decent value for a rebuilding team that wants a veteran anchor and I also think he has more to offer still if he can get 2nd or 3rd line ice-time - something that he is unlikely to get a lot of in Calgary barring something catastrophic (knock on wood).
I think this team has matured enough and has enough veteran presence that he isn't as valuable to us as he used to be, but he could have some serious value for another team. I could see Columbus or Toronto being interested.
