I just called. In reality we only get 8 time shifts as one is CBC Calgary, and another in Global Edmonton.

So the new list will have:
CTV- BC
CTV- Winnipeg
CBC- Ottawa (Good for HNiC early games)
City- Toronto
CTV- Toronto
Global- Toronto
ATV- Halifax (CTV affiliate)
NTV- Nfld.
