I suspect Raymond will be waived as no one will want to take him at two more years / $3 million per. My guess is he's put in Stockton if no one claims him, to mentor some of the new talent coming in.

I doubt Hiller is tradeable either, but since Treliving has magical wizard powers, I'm probably wrong.
