Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced Thursday that the team has signed forward Max Reinhart to a one-year, two-way contract worth $575,000 at the NHL level and $80,000 at the AHL level.

Polie was quoted as saying they expect him to play 2nd line center in the AHL.
Condition may be that he has to clear waivers to get there and Treliving doesn't want it out there in case a GM picks Reinhart up just to derive him of a pick?
