Glencross was turning into Bourque 2.0 at the time we traded him. Streaky, lazy at times and made boneheaded plays. He did play fantastic during those 24 and 26 goal seasons and was on one of the absolute best contracts in the league at that time, but that was already quite a few years ago. He was also very injury prone.

As for being a 20-25 goal guy, those two great seasons were the only times he put up 20 or more
