Define consistency. Was Jooris on a consistent line with consistent linemates? Was he getting consistent minutes? Expecting consistency out of any of the guys who were being rotated in our bottom 9 was an exercise in futility last season. The only "consistent" forward outside of the top line was Lance Bouma.
If you were expecting Jooris to keep up his early season goal scoring, no, he didn't keep at a 20+ goal pace. But in 60 games this season alone, "inconsistent" Josh Jooris had more goals than Michael Frolik in 136 games as a Blackhawk, and Bollig has had in his entire regular season + Playoff
career. If he's a fourth liner, what would that make those guys?
