I'd be willing to give Gio a long term contract if the dollars are reasonable. If he wants absolute top dollar, then a 4 year max I would say.
If I was Gio, I'd be willing to take less dollars for more term. Realistically, what are the chances of landing a multi year contract at age 37? It rarely happens.
