Unfortunately if you want to keep the guy your likely going to have to overpay a bit in those later years. If Treliving somehow finds a way to get around that then I will be even more impressed than I am after everything he has done with Hamilton. Higher cap hit with shorter term could be a solution. Will Gio want to risk going that route? Guess will find out.
