I thought it was a little too easy for Fichner's character to come up with his ideas- in reality it would take investigators a while to figure out the tattoos. And how did they get detailed pics of them? You'd think Scofield would be more careful. And the cemetary thing? Getting ideas from an officers namebadge and having instant access to non-existent death databases of "this particular county.".... I don't know.

I had a funny feeling they would kill off one or more characters in the first show, you know, actors getting new gigs or just written out. Was surprised it was the girlfriend, I thought it might be an escapee. There's a whole season for that though!
