Now you see Byron qualified and carving out somewhat of a niche for himself at the NHL level, and Adam will probably not be able to get another NHL contract for this season. I don't want to go down that path of how good the return for Regehr was or not, but just goes to show you that sometimes one can't get too emotional and definitive when talking about prospects.

This brings to mind the Phaneuf trade & everyone being especially distraught when Keith Aulie was included. He hasn't been qualified by the Oilers. He couldn't stick with the OILERS pitiful defense.
