I'm on the fence with this. While it is exciting to watch bitter rivals have close games multiple times a season, I still love watching the Flames absolutely crush the Oilers time and time again. All it's going to take, is one season of the Oilers finishing in the top 16, and their fans will be just like they were 6 years ago. Probably even worse than before.
I'm going to miss the schadenfreude if the Oilers get out of the basement. I guess there's always the Canucks though!
