Only players drafted out of the CHL are subject to the no 18 or 19 year olds in the AHL rule.
If you are drafted out of Russia, USHL, NCAA, Europe, China, Japan, Iran etc you can go to the AHL as an 18 or 19 year old.
Kylington would be the only Flames 2015 draft prospect that can go to the AHL next season.
