This 'training' issue with Richards has been going on throughout his entire career. Every team has had problems with his 'training'. With the amount of supervision teams give players these days, I wouldn't be surprised if they have built a strong case and are using it as a way to opt out of the contract. Sounds a bit cruel, but the writing has been on the wall for quite some time now.
I think it will get messy and that Richards PR team will be on full tilt soon.
