You can always move Russell up to play with Brodie at times to give Russell more quality minutes. Having three R shooting defencemen means Wideman naturally fits on the second pairing over Engelland. I mean, I totally agree with both of these comments. I'd just prefer if it were Wideman who could be the guy moving in and out of #5 spot.
But hadn't considered that Russell in top 4 probably means Wideman-Engelland on the bottom pairing, and that's...not ideal...(..he said, politically correctly...)
