The addition of Hamilton, and today's 2nd round additions, truly changes the optics of the Flames defensive prospect depth.
Suddenly we aren't looking for a prospect to develop into a top pair d-man. All we need is for one out of every 3 or 4 defensemen to turn into an NHLer. That's not an unrealistic hope.
