I'm going to call west-coast bias here. I had a chance to watch him when Lundqvist was out and he was quite remarkable. He also did it over a long stretch (around 2 months IIRC), so it wasn't just a hot streak. He's good. He may not have a big pedigree, but I think he's a capable starter in the NHL. Maybe he won't be as good in Edmonton, but I think even Carey Price would look bad in Edmonton. All the smack-talk about a player very few around here have seen is a little ridiculous.
