Something is up with this trade, it doesn't really make sense. The Bruins look to be rebuilding but they still have Bergeron, Erikkson, Campbell, Kelly, Talbot, Chara and Seidenberg. It simply doesn't make sense to go into rebuild mode by trading away their best young player while holding on to 7 players near or post apex. Either Dougie wanted out or he has issues we don't know about because logistically the whole thing looks weird. Why do this?

I can't comprehend it, surely it can't be simple incompetence. No GM is that dumb... let's go into rebuild mode by trading our best young player. Don't make sense. Someone would have taken at least a few of their players. And then they trade Lucic and retain salary... wtf man.
