My wishlist:

-Big RW with speed and grit
-Young 1A/B Goalie
-One more serviceable big checking D-man
-Faceoff specialist
-Overall just get bigger depth players

I know I have the tired emphasis on size, but I think we have the skill and the core group we need now. We just need to supply this core with solid goaltending, size, and grit. We need the Yelle type specialist players now to bring in the faceoff, penalty-killing elements. Obviously we have the biggest shot blocker in the league, we have players like Bouma, but we still need to address the faceoffs, part of it will come as Monahan and Bennett mature, but hopefully a guy like Jankowski is just an absolute stud on faceoffs and on the defensive side of his game.

Overall, things are looking up, and we're truly building a great TEAM. None of us should be jealous of the oilers getting McDavid today because they've still yet to show any indication of building a TEAM.
