Ok I do live here but unfortunately don't think I will be of much help. I don't get cable, so the only Flames games I see are on CBC (get used to 10pm - 11pm start times, though
).
Anyways, I'm not sure where in Atlantic Canada you are moving to, but where I am you get your cable (and pretty much anything else - internet, phone, etc) from either Aliant or Eastlink. That said, you may want to check with them and see what your options are.
