My own thoughts on that would be that I don't believe he does.
He showed last year that he doesn't have the ability to maintain a high level of play over an extended period of time. I like Ramo, but I don't think he can be more than a half of a tandem. If the Flames really wanted to retain Ramo, I think they would have. They're clearly showing the desire to add another goalie, so they're making the choice not to go with Ramo.
