An RFA offer sheet for 6 million for 6 years really messes up the Bruins.
the arz #3 overall should be way better than the Flames (or any playoff team) 1st 2nd and 3rd next year.
The Bruins would be over the cap barrel.... they would be stuck with him for that contract similar to the situation that Colorado got in with RoR where they are paying their 4th best forward (at best) franchise player money.
This is an example why you don't give Gio a big 7 year contract at age 31. Who would have thought that Chara age 38 would be the reason that the Bruins have to consider trading Hamilton
