I wouldn't sign Gio until after the season starts (preseason at least)

Who knows how much his arm may affect him. He is 100%, but I would be leery to throw major dollars until he plays again. A large part of his contract will come from his ability to generate offense in addition to being great defensively. If he is not as good at the one, that will impact his value.
