Vegas is probably a shoe-in unless they screw something up badly.

Seattle, Portland, Milwaukee, Houston, Kansas City... Any or all of them could bid. If they bid, any of them could be successful. All of them have at least one question mark, mostly about the existence of willing local ownership.

Then, of course, there is the possibility of Toronto2, Hamilton, or Quebec City.
