I think the declining value of goalies in the league (aside from top 3-4 guys) has been pretty interesting to watch. The price of a starter (or a young stud like Allan) used to be insane. Now, a starter isn't really that hard to come by (I can think of 3 or 4 on block right now).
Likely reflective of the 1a/1b scenario we see a lot in the NHL. While there are a small number of elite guys, the gap between average and good goalies isn't very big anymore.
