I think 5 OA + Semin for 15 and a 2nd is fair. They'll get a bunch for Ward and Skinner too, so the rebuild can start.

Fair, maybe. But that offer isn't getting you 5th overall, not even close. Especially in this draft.
Moving into the top 5 in any draft is a huge, huge deal guys.
