You could look at 9-11 as teams that all would be worth having discussions with:
Florida at 11 does make the most sense - they lack a 2nd round pick, and if a defenceman is sitting at 11 as BPA, they may have a few forwards they like, making it worth dropping 4 spots to get another pick. However, they have a lot of young pieces and may want quality over quantity
San Jose may also be worth tempting at 9 - it would cost more, but they may want to add more young pieces to retool their team. #15 + #53 + #76 or 83 perhaps? That would give the flames picks at #9, #45, #52, #76 or 83 and San Jose picks at #15, #39 and #83 or 76 (they lack a 3rd round pick)
The Avs have been rumoured to be putting their pick in play too at #10, but they are a bit harder to get a read on.
Dallas at #12 only if the right player lands there, as it is not much of a jump and may not warrant the cost. LA likely have similar needs and would not trade, and swapping 1 spot is illogical (from Boston's perspective)
