I seriously couldn't care less about whether want their own gyms or hair salons or whatever. Good. Have fun, I hope that you enjoy them! It doesn't bother me in the least. I just don't need to hear about how every person of my gender can't possibly control themselves when we see a pretty girl or how they need this in order to protect themselves.
Its like when my friends and I want to play poker and drink beer. I'm sure women enjoy playing cards and drinking beer, and that's great, but we'd rather not have the wives there. It's not that there is anything to be protected from, we just plain prefer that. There's nothing wrong with that, its not sexist or misogynistic about it, just plain old personal preference. Why can't the excuse for womens only fitness clubs just be that? Why do they have to deride males as though we're all a bunch of criminals and rapists? That's the part that is both insulting and offensive.
